ABOUT Before starting my own business I worked for a small, family-owned retail store that prided itself on providing prompt, friendly, quality service. I learned to call customers by name and to deliver what I promised, when I promised it. These are simple rules, but they work well. I continue to use them in my own business ventures today—and my clients appreciate it. (How do I know? They tell me so!) Working together for results that count.
